On the one hand, there is the cosy and homely hostel-like atmosphere, on the other hand - comfort and professional service, as there should be in a 4-star hotel.

Not only is the Vivaldi hotel a place of comfortable accomodation in a unique atmosphere, it also provides you with the opportunity of holding various kinds of meetings: conferences, trainings, symposia, promotions, shows, banquets, cocktail parties, grand dinners, receptions for your company, Christmas parties and other special social occasions... We have four meeting and conference rooms at your disposal. Depending on what kind of meeting you want to hold, you can choose a room which suits your needs best: The Symfonia room, situated on the 5th floor, with a beautiful panoramic view over the city and the adjoining park, can seat up to 60 people. Its complex equipment makes it a perfect place for professional trainings and conferences. In the room there is a multimedia projector with the possibility of co-operation with the computer, wall screen, loudspeakers, DVD, video, blinds (total darkening) and air conditioning. We can also supply computers (internet connections 2 Mb / sek.). So equipped, the room is well prepared for professional trainings and conferences. The Menuet room can hold up to 30 people. It is an ideal place for a small meeting or a private ceremony, but the possibility of total darkening and the multimedia equipment also create excellent conditions for business meetings. The hotel club is situated nearby Symfonia and has a genuinely clubby, comfortable furnishing (comfortable armchairs, small bar provided with a provision of good quality alcohol drinks). It can hold up to 20 people. A terrace with a wonderful view is its additional advantage. Business Center is a room for about 6 persons, equipped with office appliances: computer with internet connection, laser printer, xerox machine, fax, independent phone line. It is here that you can conduct interviews as well as private negotiations. If you prefer active recreation, you will have good conditions for that at our hotel. After all day’s work you can use the hotel swimming-pool. It has undercurrent appliances with an individually regulated strain, which is an additional attraction. Even after 15 minutes of such exercise, you won’t suffer from insomnia. The undercurrent can well serve as a hydromassage. After a bath, be sure to visit our steam sauna, which wil have a soothing effect on your body. It will not take you a long time to forget about your pending tray and get the feeling of absolute relaxation.

The comfortably furnished rooms are well equipped. Each room has air conditioning, mini-bar, TV-set with cable and satellite programmes and an internal system of hotel television so that you can enjoy watching new film productions. Not only is our hotel room a place for rest, it can also serve as a private office with digital phones and internet connections.

The Restaurant is situated on the first floor. It can seat up to 60 people or, when joined with the neighbouring Menuet room – 75 people. Try our light meals from the Italian cuisine and traditional Polish and European cuisine. At our hotel special cuisine days are organised. So far our residents have had the occasion to taste fancy food during “Old Polish Feast”, “Italian Cuisine” and “Hunters’ Cuisine”. Our cooks and barmen keep enhancing their qualifications to be able to meet your most sophisticated culinar needs. Their skills undergo continuous evaluation at barman and cookery competitions that are held every year among others by Polish Prestige Hotels & Resorts. The hotel will also provide you with evening attractions. You can have some rest and nice time at the top floor of the building – in the hotel club, from whose terrase spreads a beautiful view over the city panorame and in a small caffee, where there is often live music.

Area information :

The hotel’s closest environment invites to physical activity. In the distance of 50 meters away from the hotel there are tennis courts and a football pit. The fact that our hotel is situated in the city center does not mean exposure to the usual inconveniences, the worst of which is noise. Quite the reverse – The Vivaldi is situated on the outskirts of Cytadela, which, with the area of over 100 ha, is Poznań’s largest park with quaint avenues, secluded lanes and the fragrant rosarium. A lot of our residents begin their day jogging amongst greenery and sounds of birds waking up...

Travel information :

The hotels location is one of its main advantages. Once you have arrived in Poznan, you will not waste time commuting - the hotel lies practically in the city center, merely 2 km away from the International Poznan Fair, railway and bus station and 5 km from the international Lawica airport. Staying in Vivaldi, you do not need to bother about traffic jams and vacant car park spots in the city. It will take you just a few minutes to get to the very center by some means of public transport. A few steps away from the hotel there is a tram stop for 3,4 and 10 tram lines and 68, 69, 71, N34 and N35 bus lines. You can also get to the Old Town and Old Market with the unique Renaissance townhall on foot. It should not take you longer than 30 minutes to cover the walking distance along the Cytadela park, Armii Poznan Street and Garbary Street or Pulaskiego, Libelta and 23 Lutego Streets.
