Our service provides all the advantages from a private apartment renting such as independence and privacy, together with all services expected when staying in a hotel. Our Prague apartment rentals start from EUR 85, and the rates are per apartment, not per person.

With over 60 apartments in the centre of Prague we take leases on premium residential apartments, adds our signature furnishings and services, and sublets the units to our guests. We select from the best apartments in the city centre. All apartments are fully furnished and offer the best to enjoy your stay in Prague.

Room information :

All apartments are fully furnished; they all have fully equipped kitchen, most of them have washing machine, satellite TV, and other equipment. The price includes weekly cleaning service, linen and towels change, cable TV and maintenance services. On demand we offer car rental, safe parking, Internet connection, laundry service, luggage storing, taxi service, city tours etc. We always try to do our best to satisfy our guests needs.

We dont provide any food service but because each apartment has a fully equiped kitchen, you can prepare your favourite coffee or anything by yourself. On request, we can deliver basic food to your apartment - a family package (bread, milk butter, coffee...) or a party package (beer, vodka, juice, chips...).

Child Policy :

We dont have any special condition for children, we set the price per apartment, not per person so if the total count doesnt exceed the number of people included in the price, there is no extra charge. If you dont have your own baby cot or baby chair, we can rent you ours. Price is 15 euro per night for a cot and 5 euro per night for a chair.Please notice, mattress in baby cot is not included because of child hygiene safety.

Travel information :

All our apartments are situated in the heart of Prague city centre and approximately 30 minutes drive from Prague International Airport. Praha Main Train Station is 2 km east By Bus or Coach: Praha Florenc 3 km east Car rental: available on request Pick up service: available at extra charge, 22 euro(650 CZK) from the airport, 15 euro(400 CZK) from a train or bus station. Price is per one car (up to 4 people).
