Hotel NOVOTEL 

In the NOVOTEL Freiburg there are 114 rooms, all usable as singles, doubles or triples.  The rooms are all fitted with a french bed ("grand-lit"), an extra sleeping-sofa, bath/WC, hairdryer, TV, minibar and telephone.
It is the only hotel in Freiburg with air condition in all rooms.
In the Restaurant "Le Jardin" you can taste regional and international specialities.  In summer there is a big open terrace where you can enjoy for example a Barbecue with direct view to the old cathedral.

The hotel is located in the city center, near the pedestrian area, the cathedral and the other famous historical buildings;  It is perfect for those who want to make a shopping trip and also for the other ones who want to enjoy the cultural life.

Under the hotel there is a public parking garage with direct acces to the reception.
For tourist groups there is a big bus parking place free of charge behind the hotel.

The NOVOTEL Freiburg is a perfect starting point for tours into the Black Forrest (Titisee, Triberger waterfalls, mountain : Schauinsland) or to France (Strassburg, Colmar, Vosges) or to Switzerland, which is about 60 km. from Freiburg.

The reception will organize sightseeing tours, or a wine tasting in a famous "Winzergenossenschaft" in the wineregion Kaisersthuhl.
Breisach am Rhein is about 20 driving-minutes direction south of Freiburg, famous for the champagne-company Geldermann, where you can have a guided tour.  Afterwards you can take a round boat tripl over the Rhein.
