Balatonfüred is the capital of the northern shore of Lake Balaton. It has been a popular bathing resort already in the 18th century, its beauty and jollity was admired by poets. It is due to its favourable location and its medicinal water that this town could become the centre of bathing. Hotel Annabella is at 50 m from the shores of Lake Balaton, with a beautiful view over the lake and Tihany Peninsula.
