Child Policy :

Maximum of one child up to 12 years old is free of charge on bed & breakfast basis when sharing parent’s room. Teenagers (13-16 years old) receive 50% reduction on the per person rate when sharing parent’s room. Children and/or Teenagers (up to 16 years old) in own room receive 25% reduction on the room rate. For children up to 12 years old there is a 50% reduction on the pension terms (half and full board).

Travel information :

The hotel is situated 20 km away from Faro International Airport and a two hour drive from Seville. The journey to and from Faro takes approximately 20-30 minutes by car.

Cancellation Policy :

In the event of cancellation, there is no charge with more than 3 days notice prior to the arrival date (Please see special conditions for Suites and from 16th July until 20th August 2005). Cancellation made with less than 3 days or no-show, the hotel will charge as follows: - 1 night for stays up to 3 days - 25% for more than 3-nights stay. Suites: Cancellation made with less than 14 days or no-show, the hotel will charge as follows: - 1 night for stays up to 3 days - 25% for more than 3-nights stay. From 16th July until 20th August 2005 Cancellation made with less than 7 days or no-show, the hotel will charge as follows: - 1 night for stays up to 3 days - 25% for more than 3-nights stay. For all reductions in the length of stay or early departures, there is a 50% penalty charge on the number of nights reduced, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
