The hotel is located in the eastern part of Munich and is only 10 minutes away from the Riem convention center and near the federal horticultural show 2005.

The hotel provides 25 single rooms and 12 double rooms, all equipped with shower/WC. You can have breakfast in the breakfast room or just sit and relax in the café or in the bar and in the summer time there's also a possibility to enjoy the wonderful terrace. We have four business rooms which can be fitted to your needs. You can relax in the wellness zone, where we provide a finnish sauna, a turkish steam bath, massage showers, a fitness room and solarium. You can park you car in the underground car park and take our shuttle bus to the exhibition center.

Cancellation Policy :

30 days before date of arrival (single entry) and 6 months before date of arrival (groups) respectively: we charge 20% of total amount of the booking. In case of later cancellation we charge 80% of the total amount of the booking.
