Guarantee: The reservation is guaranteed as soon we have received your credit card details, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the booking at 6 p.m. upon arrival date. Cancellation: Free-charge cancellation is possible until 2 days before you arrive. In case of later cancellation or non-arrival we may charge 80% of the agreed rate for the whole period if the room/rooms cannot be re-sold. To avoid misunderstandings, cancellations must be in written form.
